The Grynd Report interviews artist Teniele G. | @teniele

What’s going on Teniele G.? Please introduce yourself to our readers and tell us where you’re from.
How’s it going? I’m Teniele G. of Livin Lovely United. I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY, but I also grew up in Northern Virginia.

What was life like growing up in your city?
In Brooklyn grew up in a pretty quiet Jewish neighborhood and didn’t really do too much, but play basketball and chill with my neighbors. In VA, it was a different atmosphere. It took some getting used to, but overall it was enjoyable and had decent environment and schools.

What made you decide music was your passion?
I think music chose me. I was always a quiet kid and teen, and music always just spoke to and I would feel every word that was being said. Then I started writing songs at the age of 10, and that was my form of expression.

Growing up which artists could we catch you listening to?
Growing up I would listen to Monica, Usher, Lil Bow Wow, B2K, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Backstreet Boys, N’Sync, Biggie, and Jay-Z.

Tell us about the single you are currently pushing and where it’s available.
My new single is titled “FaceTime” and it was produced by a young man named Kasino in California. It’s part of an R&B album I’m planning to release in the near future. “FaceTime” is distributed through United Masters and available on all major streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Tidal, and Spotify. It can also be heard on SoundCloud and YouTube.

What are some of your goals musically for the remainder of 2019?
My goals for the remainder of the year is to breakthrough with my R&B tracks and album. I came into the game as a lyricist, so the progression with my R&B is showcasing my growth musically. I plan on touring and pushing my singles and movement with my team. I’m always aiming to meet and attract new supporters along the journey.

What else can we catch you doing besides Music?
Besides music, you can catch me playing basketball at an open gym when I get a chance. I’m finished with graduate school now, so I don’t have that school workload anymore. I’m really a homebody if I’m not out networking at events or traveling. I hop on Netflix from time to time.

What’s your definition of Grynd?
Grynd is working hard for anything that you want, no matter how big or small it may seem. When you put in the work, the results feel so much better knowing you took the time and effort to accomplish those goals.

Where can we keep up with you online?
You can find me on Instagram @tenieleg, Twitter @teniele, and my website www.LivinLovelyUnited.com

All my music can be found my typing is Teniele G.

Any S/O’s?
I would like to s/o my team, Big Mars, Ãl Knyght, Dom Rico, Bravo, and everyone else who rocks with LLU. I want to s/o my new business partners who will be announced hopefully in the next few weeks. Thank you to all my supporters, because y’all add to my fuel.
