Born in Suffolk, Virginia Jay Starr is a rising creative influenced by multiple genres of music seeking to cement his place amongst his peers of talented artists in Hip Hop today.  Starting his pursuit in 2015 he and his brother “King B” Riddick aka “H.A.M” (Humble and Motivated) worked as a dynamic duo performing and recording all the way up until the tragic date of July 3, 2016 when his brother was tragically killed in a car accident. Mourning yet motivated, JayStarr has carried the creative torch forward. With his dedication to the craft on another level, JayStarr has gone on to launch “The Motion Tour” with the support of MP3 Waxx DJs and has received support from iHeart Media as well along the way.
