New Video- Hardo – Todays A Game Day feat Wiz Khalifa & Jimmy Wopo @TrapNHardo

Hardo is one of the nicest rappers out of Pittsburgh right now. The 25-year-old has been steadily making a name for himself after being released from prison in October 2012. At the end of 2016, Hardo dropped his single “Today’s a Good Day” featuring fellow Steel City natives Jimmy Wopo and Wiz Khalifa.

The Stevie B-produced song, which was off Hardo and Wopo’s collab project Trapanese, became a local radio hit and has amassed over 6 million streams on Spotify and 2 million on Apple Music.

Today (Oct. 19), Hardo releases the music video for “Today’s a Good Day” exclusively through XXL. The video, which was directed by Catch Rec, was shot in both Los Angeles and Pittsburgh earlier this summer. In the video, viewers watch Hardo, Wopo and Wiz celebrate life in their elements. For Hardo, every day out of prison is a good day.

“I spent a long time in prison fighting for my life in a court room, so to be able to be free and be able to receive love and support from some of the biggest artists in the game is a blessing,” he tells XXL. “This video was for my city, for the streets in my city, for all my brothers in the Feds, Wiz, Wopo and I stood united for the city, so Today’s a Good Day!”

With the single bubbling, Hardo is gearing up to release more music and new projects. For now, watch the video below.
